Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Hanoi, this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Hanoi’s top attractions. The amenities were top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. One highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. The variety, quality, and freshness of the dishes made for a perfect start to each day. If you’re looking for a hotel in Hanoi that combines great location, exceptional amenities, and outstanding service, this is the one to book. I can’t wait to return!

The staff - particularly Leo and Hayley - were absolutely wonderful. For example, on one occasion I managed to leave my phone in the back of a taxi and, on telling Leo, he got on his motorbike and reunited me with my phone within 20 mins! Leo was also incredibly helpful when it came to booking trips. Hayley was great with local knowledge and always very ready to be of assistance as and when we needed it, going over and above at all times. A mention too for the breakfast which was both incredibly varied and both fresh and tasty. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back.

The room and bathroom are really nice and clean, it has all you need really. The staff are really friendly and helpful if you need something or if they can help you in an additional way they will do their best to assist. In general they have a lot of small details really thought out to anticipate any need you might have. Umbrellas, they have them if you need, extra tea in your room, wanna shower after check out, they can help.

Hanoi Paon hotel was in a great location with an amazing view from both the pool and dining area. The rooms were very well maintained and were such good value for money. We stayed across a couple of different dates and experienced different rooms, they all were kept at the same great standard. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we were very glad to be dealing with them for our trip. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the pool and dining area up flights of stairs that are quite steep! Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Hanoi Paon

A young man helping me find some dinner late at night, and a strong, hard-working young guy carried my bags to the bus stop even though I said I could do it myself. All other staff was nice too.
